Stress. Now more than ever, we’re feeling it.
Here's one quick tip to help deal with that stress from a great speaker that I heard at the Pennsylvania Conference for Women, Paula Davis-Laack, with the Stress & Resilience Institute. She talked about how to build a sustainable work life, deal with burnout and stress, and find balance. One of her recommendations is very relevant for today. In these crazy times, here is a helpful suggestion to stay positive and get you through sheltering in place and working remote for a prolonged period of time.
